Still, we all can feel the presence of restlessness, chaos, and wrongdoings around us.

Strange, isn’t it?

We can check fever using a thermometer.

We can scan our body using machines.


But how do we check what’s going on inside the mind?

How do we know what’s really disturbing us from within?

Let me tell you the simplest tool.

 A Gentle Way to Begin

You don’t need to force your mind.

It doesn’t stay focused by default — it never has.

We learn to focus it… slowly and softly.

Start by sitting for a few minutes.

Close your eyes.

Just breathe.

That’s all.


No special tricks.

No chants.

No technique.


Just you, your breath, and your thoughts.


Try doing this either:


  - After your yoga or pranayam

  -  Before sleeping

  - Or anytime your day feels too full


The best time is when everything outside has quieted…

...so that the inside can be heard.


What Happens When You Watch Your Thoughts?

You’ll be surprised.

At first, the mind will distract you again and again.

That’s okay. Let it.

You’re not here to fight your mind.

You’re just watching.


Like a mother watches her child play from a distance — without interfering.

Just witnessing.


The state of being a witness.

You’re not the thought.

You’re the one watching it.
