1. Practice Dhyan Mudra and mindful exercises.
Dhyan Mudra will give you mental relaxation meanwhile exercise helps with physical strength. In absence of any of them you will loose balance which can't praise you with clarity..
2. Embrace celibacy :
Embrace celibacy to harness mental clarity and energy. Celibacy drives clarity of thoughts, Strong memory power, Emotional Intelligence.
It will make you daring.
3. Prioritize your healthy routine
Including sleep, work, and relaxation.
Work, work and work will drain you mentally and physically. It may look fruitful in short term, but in long run it will hurt your potential or capacity.
Make routine which includes Quality sleep, Healthy diet, Exercise, Meditation, pranayam( Yogic way of different breathing style to calm your mind. Dhyan mudra is one of it's technique.).
4. Empty your mind and cultivate mental peace.
By cleaning your mind, you will feel re energized and focus better on work.
Try Meditation, breathing technique to calm your mind.
If you don't know any, Just close your eyes, pay attention to your breath. While doing it don't put any effort to take long breath or release slowly. just pay attention to it as it comes and goes normally.
Do not burden yourself trying to stable your mind. It will stay unstable in initial days, but with practice it starts being stable.
5. Limit screen time
Limit Screen time to reduce distractions. Social media posts, reels, videos, notification eats your time.
You can even make No mobile zone in your home. ( bedroom, kitchen, No mobile Usage
6. Start your day as an early riser
but also ensure quality sleep.
Why to be early Riser??
Reading or studying between 3:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. boosts memory retention, making learning during this timeframe highly effective. So make your schedule to assemble it in your routine.
7. Minimize social media use
Stop being overly available online.
For your knowledge, no one wants to know what you do in your life. Stop posting everything on social sites. Its just waste of time.
8. Dedicated space for work.
Make your working space as professional as it could be. It shouldn't disturb or distract you.
Professional space will prepare you to do work at its full potential.
9. Avoid multitasking
Avoid multitasking to achieve better results.
For fruitful work, you need to give appropriate time and effort. Doing multitask will make you stressed and depressed. It will hurt your expertise in long term. Better go for one work at a time.
10. Take intentional breaks
between tasks and practice deep breathing. It will refresh your mind, return you back with full of energy.
That's all techniques, i adopted to be more productive. Hence, it improve my focus to achieve goal in shorter period of time.
