In this era, there is no one who hadn't experience the stress in their life. If you think that there is relief after some point then it's wrong. Because after that point also, you have to move ahead, you can't be stuck there for rest of the life.
That's why we says to manage stress rather than killing it.

Stress Management Techniques:-
1. Recalling Achievements:
Just recall your achievements you have till today. It can be anything like you got a toffee from your teacher for your good behaviour in class. It will definitely make you feel relief instantly. Not all the time we can be in present, sometimes past moments can bring you back to life too.
2. Breathing Exercises:
Taking long breath for few minutes can instantly calm your mind and nervous system. There is some more breathing exercise to give a try:
- Alternate nostril breathing
- Diaphragmatic breathing
- Pursed lip breathing
3. Get Peaceful Sleep:
A peaceful sleep at night works as a energy booster for the rest of the day. So try to get it as peaceful as it can be.
Sometime daytime nape works wonder if mind is too pressured and heavy loaded.

4. Talk with near and dear ones:
If possible, try to have a conversation with your dear and near ones about your obstacles and problems.

When we talk about being in touch with nature it can be anything like:

- Bringing your pets to walk

7. Physical Exercise:
Being mentally prepared is good but having physical support to it can work miraculous. Hence, Make routine of doing exercise daily.
If you are a beginner then initially, do lite exercise and then go for hard ones.
8. Make yourself lite:
No no i am not talking about weight loss here. lite by mentally and physically.
Try to forget past incidents.
Ex: If someone said harsh words to you then forgive them not for them but for you and your mental health( peace ).
In physical term, as i said before, do some exercise, it will work like adding feather to cap.
9. Read Great Biography:
They must have gone through all this that you are experiencing right now hence they have solution too and if not, then also they can provide solution because what they can visualize, a normal person cannot.
What are their attitude while facing problems, how they fight with it and win the battle against it.
10. Manage your time:
Best way to manage your time is by prioritizing your daily task and distribute optimum time to all of them. Try to make "to do list" which will lessen the chances of your distraction.
Note: Try to avoid multitasking. It will definitely give you stress.
